We are the data controller responsible for your personal information.

- Communications: messages exchanged with our customer support.
This information comes from you directly (forms, orders), from your automatic browsing activity on the Site (cookies), and from our service providers (payment, fulfillment, marketing).

- the carriers responsible for delivery;
- Google (Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Google Analytics) and Meta (Meta Pixel), for audience measurement and advertising, only where you have consented;
- relevant authorities, where required by law, or in connection with a business transaction (merger, sale).
We never sell your personal information to third parties.
5. International data transfers
Some of this information is hosted or processed outside your country of residence (Shopify in the United States/Canada, our fulfillment warehouse in Canada, and our head office in France). These transfers rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard providing an adequate level of protection.

10. Your rights
