These Terms of Service govern all purchases made on romentica.com (the “Site”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

1. Who you're buying from

Romentica is operated by Ayoub Drissi, a sole proprietor (entrepreneur individuel) registered in France under SIREN 908 537 053 (SIRET 908 537 053 00013), VAT number FR23908537053, with its registered office at 14 Rue des Pâquerettes, 67115 Plobsheim, France. Orders are shipped from our fulfillment partner’s warehouse at 455 Finchdene Square, Scarborough, Ontario, Canada.

3. Eligibility and your account

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction, or have a parent or guardian’s consent, to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and may not transfer your account to anyone else.

4. Products

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Products are offered subject to availability; if an item you ordered turns out to be out of stock, we will tell you and refund that item in full rather than substitute it without your consent.

5. Prices

All prices are displayed in CAD and include applicable taxes. Any shipping cost is calculated and shown before you confirm your order — the amount you approve at checkout is the amount you pay, with no hidden fees added afterward. We may change prices at any time, but the price that applied when you placed your order is the one that is honored.

6. Payment

Payment is collected online, at the time of ordering, by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, or PayPal. Transactions are secured with SSL encryption. Your card or account is charged when your order is confirmed.

7. Order acceptance

Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example in case of suspected fraud, a pricing error, or unavailable stock — in which case you will be notified and fully refunded.

8. Shipping and delivery

Orders ship from our fulfillment partner’s warehouse in Scarborough, Ontario, Canada. Shipping is free across Canada with no minimum order, excluding PO boxes and restricted delivery areas. Estimated delivery is 6–12 business days from the date of shipment. Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery timing depends on the carrier and may occasionally vary.

9. Returns and refunds

You may return an item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is unworn, in its original condition, with tags attached and in its original packaging. We provide a prepaid return label — return shipping is free. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

10. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty or consumer protection right you have under the mandatory law of your country or province of residence, including rights relating to the quality and conformity of goods you purchase. If any statement in these Terms conflicts with a right you cannot waive under that law, your statutory right applies.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — text, images, logos — belongs to Romentica or its partners and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

12. Third-party tools and links

The Site may link to or use third-party tools and websites that we don’t control. These are provided “as is,” without any endorsement or warranty from us, and your use of them is at your own risk.

13. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe anyone’s intellectual property, to harass or harm others, or to transmit malicious code. We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates this section.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Romentica is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Romentica against third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of your own country or province. If a problem comes up, contact us first at support@romentica.com so we can resolve it directly — most issues are settled at this stage. If you are a Canadian resident and a dispute remains unresolved, you may also contact your provincial consumer protection office.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
